Shipping

• Each item is unique in shape and weight.  Shipping is charged separately.
• I will contact you when you order with a shipping amount if it applies.

Returns

If you need to return an item please contact me.  Below are some general guide lines I follow when it comes to returns:

• In its original condition
• Within 14 days of receipt.
• Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation.
• I will issue you a refund or credit of the amount paid to put towards another item of equal or great value, excluding the original delivery charge.

Please note:

• Goods will only be accepted for return if they are dispatched within 14 days of delivery, unless I have notified you otherwise.
• I will not refund shipping costs, thus the item is your responsibility until it reaches me. Therefore for your own protection I recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
• The cost of returning the item to me is your responsibility.
